Exchange & Returns

We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase; however should you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note we will accept returns on any bras sent back within 7 days of receipt of your order.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on knickers. If you are unsure of your size, please drop us a line before purchasing and we will gladly help out.

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and unwashed.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, however we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement product if you have requested an exchange (excluding international).

Exchanges: We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will receive a store credit equivalent to your returned product and it will be valid for 90 day. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch via e-mail – sales@trinsa.co.nz
